Surface Preparation

Ensure that the areas that are to have Permanent Line marking fitted are clean and dry and free from loose and friable material.

Any “dished” or damaged surface areas should be patch repaired to provide a reasonably flat and consistent surface.

Dry fit all permanent Line marking profiles to ensure that they fit freely and that they sit flat down on to the surface.

If required, Permanent Line marking can be trimmed on site to suit using an industrial jigsaw and appropriate cutting blades.

Once you have the Permanent Line marking in the correct place, using a marker, mark through the pre-drilled holes onto the substrate.
