Rust-Oleum Heat Resistant Paint is based on a silicone modified alkyd resin that withstands temperatures up to 750˚C.
For continuous temperatures up to 650°C
For peak temperatures up to 750°C
For on bare metal or slightly rusted surfaces
Ideal for engines, heat cannons, pipes, vents, etc.
To handle after 3 hours (at 20°C)
Black or Aluminium.

About Rust-Oleum Heat Resistant Paint to 750°C
Rust-Oleum Mathys Heat Resistant Paint is formulated on a silicone modified alkyd resin.
It is designed for continuous temperatures up to 650°C and will withstand peak temperatures up to 750˚C.
Suitable for use on new, bright, or shot-blasted steel or well pre-treated previously coated surfaces.
It can also be applied to slightly rusted surfaces.
Ideals for interior or sheltered exterior environments including barbecues, boiler fittings, hot air cannons, exhausts, etc.
It is intended for small maintenance jobs or repairs.
Available in ready mixed black in a satin-matt finish or Aluminium.
Surface Preparation
Remove grease, oil, dirt, loose rust, loose coatings and any other contamination by using ND14 Cleaner Degreaser.
Sand intact old paintwork in order to roughen the surface.
The surface must be clean and dry during application.
Application and Thinning
Brush: No thinning
Roller: No thinning. Use shorthaired polyamide (perlon 8 - 12 mm) rollers.
