Delivery Options
We ship worldwide, daily from Monday to Friday, direct from our warehouse based in Swindon, UK.
Orders are sent by courier and order tracking is available.
We take our environmental responsibilities seriously and therefore our products are packed securely using biodegradable packaging.
If you are local to us, you are welcome to collect your order from 1 Signal Way, Central Trading Estate, Swindon, SN3 1PD.
Occasionally, goods may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. We will notify you if this is going to cause a delay to your expected delivery time.
UK Mainland Delivery:
Please note that for all NEXT DAY services, orders must be placed by 2:30pm at the latest.

Outside UK Mainland:
Whilst we will always try our best to get your products out to you as quickly as possible and endeavour to meet specified delivery dates, our Delivery times and prices only apply to the UK mainland only.
If you live outside of the UK mainland, including The Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, The Isle of Man, Northern Island, Scottish Highlands, Western Isles, or Shetland & Orkney please give us a call (01793 525241) for more details.
International Delivery:
International Delivery is calculated automatically during online checkout based on delivery address and total order weight.
Returns
The Company reserves the right to refuse to accept the return of any goods correctly supplied to order except for where such goods have been checked by The Company to be defective.
Paints produced by colour tinting machine and special orders correctly supplied to order are not returnable. Any goods returned to us must be in an unopened and resalable condition and in their original box and any other packing when they arrive back with us.
Return shipment will be at the customer’s own cost.
If we are unable to re-Sell the goods as new a refund may not be given.
Goods must be returned within 7 working days of receipt. Please note that we are unable to accept back non-faulty items after 7 days of receipt.
Goods supplied in accordance with these Terms which are affected for return must be supported by the invoice or delivery note number and if authorised for credit are subject to a restocking charge of 20% of their sales value.
