About Teknos Siloksan Gel

Siloksan Gel is used together with Siloksan Facade silicone emulsion paint on mineral surfaces such as external concrete, plaster, lime render, silicone render, brick and mineral boards. It eliminates the need for a primer/sealer coat and imparts extra water-repellent properties.

Mix with SILOKSAN FACADE Silicone Emulsion Paint before painting  in the ratio 9 Litre paint to 1 Litre Gel.

Stir by e.g. drilling machine for a minimum of 5 minutes.

Please note.  The ready mixed paint must be used within the same working day (<18 h).

The paint can be used after this time, but the water-repellent properties will be weakened, reverting to the performance of the top coat alone.

Application Conditions

The temperature should be above +5 °C and the relative air humidity below 80 %.

Must not freeze or store above 30 °C
