About Rust-Oluem Paracem Deco Matt

The Paracem Deco Matt is a high-performance acrylic emulsion for interior walls and ceilings.

In a flat matt finish, the Paracem Deco Matt can also be tinted to any colour. 

It is highly durable with excellent hiding power and resistance against rubbing.

Low VOC content, and quick drying.

Surface Preparation

Old, clean surfaces in good condition can be re-coated directly with Paracem Deco Matt.

On very porous substrates, smooth plaster and water-resistant plasterboard - first seal with a thinned coat of Paracem Deco.

Nicotine stains and old damp stains need to be sealed first with Pegaprim Isofix.

Unpainted woodwork needs to be primed.

Metal objects without rust spots can be pre-treated with Pegalink, Pegaprim Xpress or Galvaprim.

Application and Thinning

Brush: Apply undiluted.

Roller: Apply undiluted.

Air-atomised spray: Possible. If necessary dilute with water.

Airless spray: Nozzle: 013 - 019 / Pressure: 160 - 200 bars.
