About Rust-Oleum Hard Hat Galva Zinc Aluminium

Rust-Oleum Galva Zinc Aluminium is a fast drying, zinc rich coating based on an epoxy ester resin for use on new, bare steel, blasted steel or galvanized steel surfaces.

• A good compromise between a zinc spray and an aluminium spray

Surface Preparation

Remove grease, oil and all other surface contaminations using ND14 Cleaner Degreaser or high pressure (steam) cleaning.

For optimum results remove rust, rust scale, mill scale and deteriorated coatings by abrasive blasting.

The surface must be clean and dry during application.

Application and Thinning

Brush: Up to 5 vol. %; Thinner 160.Use natural long bristles brush.
