Water Based Lacquers for Interior Woodwork 

This range of water based lacquers are a durable lacquers for interior woodwork including furniture and shop fittings.

Provides a durable, and long lasting finish with excellent clarity and brightness.

The water based formula is a low odour and non-yellowing, it is also resistant to blocking, with no need for a sealer.

Available in gloss level 30% and 80% in clear or tinted semi-transparent colours. 

This single pack product is specially formulated for spray or curtain coater application. and conforms to European Standard EN71: Part 3, Coating of Toys for Children.

• Touch dry 15-20 minutes

• Tested to FIRA BS 6250 Severe Use Standard     

Preparation

For best results, surfaces must be clean, dry, and free from grease, dirt, oil, wax, rust, loose material and surface contamination. 

Open grain timbers may need a sealer, Akzo Nobel Sandoseal 199 is recommended. 

Application and Thinning

Conventional or airless spray and curtain coater.

Application viscosity

Conventional spray 35 - 40 secs

Airless spray 35 - 60 secs

Curtain coater 35 - 60 secs
