Akvi Top DS 25 has been approved as a topcoat in interior fire retardant painting system.

Water Based Topcoat for Interior Use on Wood, Trim, Furniture, Doors & Windows

Semi Matt finish

Single Pack

Fast-drying topcoat for interior use.

Very hard paint film.

Good filling properties.

Very good scratch and blocking resistance.

Suitable for panels, doors, mouldings and other wooden/fibre board surfaces.

Low VOC content.

Application methods

Airless spraying, air assisted airless spraying and conventional spraying. 

Surface preparation

Wood surfaces should be sanded with sandpaper P150–240.

Primed surfaces should be sanded with sandpaper P240–600.

All sanding dust must be removed.

Recommended Primers

Akvi Primer Pro, Akvi Primer, Diccoplast Primer and Dicco Surf Primer.

Application conditions

Substrate must be clean and dry before painting.

During application and drying, air temperature, substrate and paint must be over +18ºC and relative humidity of the air

must be below 70%.

Stir the paint carefully before use.

Thin with water if necessary.
