About Rust-Oleum Hard Hat Lining Aerosol

Rust-Oleum Hard Hat Lining Paint is formulated for use together with the Rust-Oleum Striping Machine.

It is ideal for drawing lines in parking areas, plants, warehouses, sports fields, stadiums and all sites where traffic control is required.

Surface Preparation

Remove dirt, grease, oil and all other surface contaminants by using ND14 Cleaner Degreaser.

The surface must be clean and dry during application.

Application

Shake vigorously for at least one minute after the rattle of mixing ball is heard.

Turn can upside down and place into can-holder of the Rust-Oleum Striping Machine.

See that spray head is properly placed into opening; the elongated part of the spray button should be parallel to the wheel axle.

The can-holder is adjustable. When the holder is in its lowest position a line of approx. 5 cm wide can be drawn. When the holder is in the highest position the width of the line is approx. 10 cm. Intermediate widths can be obtained by varying the position of the holder.

Pull trigger handle to activate the spraying.

Striping machine should be moving whilst spraying to prevent inside build up of coating material.

After use turn can upright and press spray button for 2 - 3 seconds to clean valve.
