About Zinsser AllCoat Interior Water Based Stainkiller

Zinsser Allcoat is ideal for newly cured plaster, drywall, cement, poured concrete, stucco, wood or metal doors, windows, panelling and trim; aluminium and glean galvanized metal, PVC, glossy laminates and other interior surfaces.
Zinsser AllCoat is compatible over and under all alkyd and acrylic paints.
Zinsser Allcoat is fast drying with very low odour and is great for brush, roller or spray application.
Surface Preparation
Surfaces should be clean, dry, sound and free of dust, dirt, excessive chalky material, grime, grease, oil, wax, mildew, wallpaper adhesive or any contamination that may interfere with adhesion. If unsure use a cleaner/degreaser. Remove any loose and flaking paintwork and sand to a fine edge. Remove interior mildew with an interior mildew cleaner, such as Zinsser Mould Killer & Remover. Manual or mechanically abrade rusty metal. Clean new galvanized metal with methylated spirit to remove processing oil. Spot prime knots and sap streaks with Zinsser B-I-N® Primer Sealer before priming full surface with AllCoat.
Coverage rate; Approximately 10 m2/L on a sealed, non-porous surfaces. Note that very porous surfaces may require two coats.
Application
Ready to use – no dilution necessary.
Stir before using.
In most cases only one coat is necessary.
Porous surfaces may require two coats.
Apply using a synthetic brush, roller, pad applicator, airless sprayer.
Spraying: 0.013” to .017” tip at 2000 to 25000 P.S.I.
Thinning: Up to 10% clean water – stir well
