Chlorinated Rubber Paint - White or Tinted

Single pack Chlorinated rubber paint. High build protective coating for steel and concrete. Gloss finish.

With uses such as structural steel, farm buildings, fencing.

Often applied to render swimming pools.

Easy to apply and gives excellent protection and chemical resistance. Tintable to your chosen colour. Coverage: 8m2 per litre. Apply by brush, roller, airless spray or conventional spray. Drying times: touch dry 20 minutes, hard dry 16 hours, recoatable 3 to 4 hours spray or 12 hours brush or roller. Surface preparation: 

BARE SHEET METAL: Degrease with H30.

PHOSPHATED STEEL: May require 2 pack etch primer.

GALVANISED STEEL: T-wash or Mordant Solution. Degrease before application.

WEATHERED GALVANISING: Remove any salts (May require detergent wash) and degrease before applying directly.

CONCRETE: Thin first coat to achieve adhesion.
