About Teknos Teknoceiling 02 Flat Matt Ceiling Paint
Teknos Teknoceiling 02 Flat Matt Ceiling Paint is a high quality white, anti-reflective flat matt emulsion for indoor ceilings.
It creates a surface that minimises light reflections that would commonly create a visual impression of unevenness.
It is easy to apply and and is ideas for domestic and commercial applications.
It is particularly low odour and the emissions of solvents and particulates is very low, making it ideal for schools and healthcare facilitie where people may have sensitivities to air borne chemicals.

Application Conditions
All painted surfaces must be dry clean and free from any materials that would affect adhesion of paint to the surface. For best results apply in environments where the air temperature between 5 ° C and + 25 ° C, and relative air humidity below is 80%.
Unpainted surfaces covered with filler, plaster, concrete and chipboard, felt and gypsum boards:
Clean the surface of dust, dirt and loose materials. Repair and surface defects with a good quality interior filler. Prime if required with diluted Teknos Teknoceilng 02 (up to a maximum of 10%)
Surfaces painted with dispersion, alkyd and oil paints;
Before painting the surface should be thoroughly washed and degreased.
Lightly abrade glossy surfaces with medium-grain abrasive paper.
Rinse thoroughly with water, dry.
Surfaces painted with lime paints;
Clean the surface of dust, dirt and loose materials.
Repair surface defects with a good quality interior filler.
No thinning required except for the primer coat.

Coverage Rates
Rough surfaces: 5-6m²/l
Smooth surfaces: 5-8m²/l
Coverage rates and opacity will depend on the porosity and texture of the surface, the application method and the painting equipment used.
Drying Time
Drying time at 23°C and 50% relative humidity, approximately 30 minutes.
Cleaning Tools
Tools should be cleaned with water immediately after finishing work.
The product contains less than 30g/Litre VOC.
