Rust-Oleum Tarmacoat is a water-based flexible acrylic paint that can be used on a multitude of surfaces. Suitable for use outdoors and indoors , it is suitable for coating asphalt, concrete, pavement, bitumen, on parking bays, as line marking, on tennis courts, playgrounds and many more. It has excellent resistance to UV and weathering and it can be applied to slightly damp surfaces. It is overcoatable after just 1 hour to provide a flexible watertight membrane.

Surface Preparation Ensure the surface is clean, sound and dry (slightly damp is acceptable). Tarmacoat can be applied to existing paint providing all poorly bonded material is removed and glossy surfaces are dulled using abrasive paper.
Application and Thinning Apply by brush or medium pile type roller. Do not dilute One coat is generally sufficient although a second coat may be necessary on very porous or very rough surfaces or when a better durable system is required Cleanup: Clean tools in warm soapy water before the product has started to cure.
