About ViterBond ST200 Epoxy ST Primer

ViterBond ST200 Epoxy ST Primer is surface tolerant two pack epoxy aluminium primer, used as a primer on hand prepared rusty steel and to upgrade sound existing coatings. It can upgrade sound existing conventional systems to a high performance epoxy/polyurethane specification

• Features in a 25 year performance certificate provided by independent test laboratories and has been approved to UK Network Rail requirements M24 (Item 7.1.5) primer of a 3 coat system applied to manually prepared steelwork
• High solids formulation
• High film build even with brush application
• Use as a rust inhibiting primer on hand prepared steel, or as a high build patch repair primer under most generic coating types
• Excellent anticorrosive protection
• Excellent ‘wetting’ properties for application to a manually prepared steel surface
• Good chemical and solvent resistance
• Use to upgrade conventional system to high performance epoxy/polyurethane system
• Can overlap onto aged, sound chlorinated rubber, vinyl or alkyd products
• Volume Solids 80%± 2%
• VOC Content 182+20g/litre
