Remove dust by vacuuming and wipe over with a 'sharp' solvent and allow to dry.
Varnish in poor condition should be completely removed.
Test a small area first for coating adhesion and/or compatibility prior to treating the whole floor.
On porous timber floors thin the first coat with up to 10% thinners.
Application and Thinning
Brush: Sparingly, if required, with 10% special thinners 7301.
Roller: Sparingly, if required, with 10% special thinners 7301.
In case of roller application it can be necessary to apply 2 coats in order to obtain the recommended film thickness.
On oily or resinous timbers wipe the surface with a sharp solvent and allow to dry. Test a small patch for adhesion.
